Refill Your Prescription Online if You Have Lost or Run Out of Your Medicine in Turkey
Forgotten your tablets, lost your bag or running short while travelling? A doctor can review your routine medicine and send an e-prescription for a pharmacy near you.
When a Refill Helps
- Lost or stolen medicine: your luggage went missing or your medicine was lost on the trip.
- Forgotten medicine: you left it at home.
- Running out: your holiday or stay was extended and your supply is ending.
- Living in Turkey: residents and students who need a routine repeat.
How to Request a Refill
1. Send Details
Message us the medicine name, strength and how you take it, with a photo of the box or an old prescription.
2. Doctor Review
The doctor asks a few questions and checks that a refill is safe for you.
3. E-Prescription
Where suitable, you receive the e-prescription by WhatsApp or email to take to a pharmacy.
Good to Know
Not every medicine can be renewed online, and the doctor may suggest a visit or a test first. Controlled substances cannot be prescribed. If you need a pharmacy that is open at night or on a Sunday, see our on-duty pharmacy pages.
